work-out

I've been into working out lately, not that I need to loose weight, but just for toning my body and improve my stamina. I've been doing some videos from blogilates on youtube, she's amazing btw, and I'm starting to look forward to every morning to work-out. This might be just the excuse for me to get out of the bed early. Right now, I can only think of tomorrow morning.

She has done a 4 week calender for beginners and I decided to challenge myself and do it. Starting tomorrow. I'm thinking of posting here everyday about it, just in a way of making myself keep it up.

I discover Cassey because of the Mighty Squat Challenge. The 1st time I did it, I couldn't move afterwards, now I can do it all without stopping once. YAY for me.

She's a professional pilates and fitness instructor, so she knows what she's doing and you can trust her. And besides that she's great at keeping you motivated. I almost feel like I'm in the 90's and doing work-out dvds. Or was that in the 80's??

Any who, a month ago I hated working out, now I love it thanks to her. So if you're looking for motivation she's it.
