I worked out a few hours ago and even though it was an intense work-out (28min) I'm fine.
I'm pretty sure I did some of those exercises wrong. Especially the roll-ups or anything that has to do with abs. I can't lift my back and not my neck... I don't know how but I need to work on that, 'cause after working-out I my neck hurt.
Tomorrow is dedicated to abs so we'll see how I progress on that.
