Yesterday was supposed to be day 3, but mother nature called and didn't let me (aka my period). I even tried, it wasn't like I was in agonizing pain, it was just normal stomach pain. But I couldn't even do the roll ups and during the day I jut didn't feel like. If you're a girl, you know how you feel on these days. Later on the afternoon I tried doing the Cardio Warmup but I wasn't with the spirit, I was doing everything half-hearted and not giving my best. Uff, long story short: I postponed it for today.

When I woke up I only did 5 roll ups, so yeah I kind cheated on that. But the rest was amazing, this work-out really got me going and by the end of the 2 videos I was sweating like crazy, and I felt really good with myself. So good think I didn't did anything yesterday.
