Today's workout was focused on the lower body. It wasn't too intense, which was great for me, because somehow I wasn't feeling like pushing myself today. I did everything nonetheless and the cardio really got my heart beat up, which was great. I'm super tired today, I think I'm starting to feel sore muscles from the others workouts, I still have one abs and total body work out before a rest day so I shall see how my body handles it.
