Like it says in the calender I woke up and did 1 min plank, before breakfast. At first I thought I could do the plank on my toes and arms. Silly me. Then I did on my knees and arms. But it still was very difficult. Only after it ended, I remember I could do the basic of them all: knees and elbows. Any who after that I ate breakfast and carry on with my life. Only in the afternoon I did the rest of the work out. And OMG the ABC abs killed me. I don't know why I tought I had to do it all perfectly, but I was very mad at myself for not doing it like Cassey was doing. In the lower abs I couldn't keep my legs straight as high as she did and omg I was sweating so much. Because of that I think I was probably doing it right, but idk I'm always thinking I'm doing something wrong. We'll see in a few days if my abs are sore. Because they're not right now.



Btw, update on the roll-ups I think I'm doing them better, actually rolling my back. Still I need support, sometimes I grab my hips, other times my legs raise. But like she said, that's normal if you're a beginner like me. Just a nice way to say I'm supper unfit.
